Since its opening in January 2025, Maple House has provided a modern, functional environment for students and staff. The former university building was redeveloped into a specialist SEN school for students aged 5 to 19. 

Harvest Property Group delivered the conversion, including structural works, the creation of purpose-built classrooms, and improved outdoor spaces. The 1.13-acre site spans approximately 27,800 square feet and was designed to support high-quality specialist education. 

Since January 2026, The Willows School has delivered an updated, accessible learning environment tailored to specialist education needs. Formerly a leisure facility, the building was transformed into a purpose-built SEN school through a complete internal strip-out and reconfiguration. 

Harvest Property Group led the redevelopment of the site, including upgrades to infrastructure, layout, and external areas. The development delivers a modern, accessible learning environment tailored to specialist education needs. 

Opening in June 2026, the Sevenoaks site will provide a high-quality, well-equipped environment for specialist education. Set within 2.9 acres of tree-lined grounds, the property offers a calm and spacious setting designed to support student wellbeing.

Harvest Property Group is leading the redevelopment of the former school, upgrading a mix of period and modern buildings totaling around 26,800 square feet. Works include internal reconfiguration to create specialist learning spaces, alongside improvements to safety, accessibility, and overall building quality.

Originally built in 1903, the site combines historic character with modern facilities, including a standalone music block, separate lodge, and outdoor amenities such as playgrounds, courts, and landscaped areas. Dedicated spaces for horticulture and forest school activities further enhance the learning environment.

Scheduled to open in Jan 2027, the Atherstone site is being transformed into a specialist SEN school through a thoughtful and thorough refurbishment of an existing school. Harvest Property Group is carefully restoring and upgrading the existing campus, balancing the preservation of historic features with the introduction of modern educational facilities.

Works include repairs to the building fabric, internal reconfiguration, and improvements to safety and compliance, resulting in a functional and sensitive learning environment suited to specialist education.

The Bristol site is being redeveloped into a specialist SEN school, creating a modern and functional environment for day-to-day learning. Harvest Property Group is delivering upgrades to the historic Sheiling School facility through a programme of repairs, refurbishment, and service improvements.

Key areas, including classrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces, are being modernised to support school operations, alongside enhancements to access and external areas.

Taxal Lodge is being restored into a specialist SEN school, bringing a historic site back into active educational use. Formerly a special education school for children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, the property remained vacant after its closure in 2005, with fire damage in 2010 affecting parts of the site.

Harvest Property Group, in partnership with Renaissance Education, is leading the redevelopment of the lodge and its surrounding 4-acre grounds. The project focuses on carefully restoring the building’s historic character while introducing a high-quality, modern learning environment with a distinct educational approach.
